Mijn naam is Roland Pierik, ik ben universitair hoofddocent rechtstheorie aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Ik ben gespecialiseerd in rechtsfilosofie en politieke filosofie. In mijn onderzoek gebruik ik hedendaagse normatieve theorieën om concrete maatschappelijke problemen te analyseren.
Voordat ik in Amsterdam kwam werken, heb ik politieke filosofie gedoceerd aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen en rechtsfilosofie aan de Universiteit van Tilburg.
